INFRARED SAUNA
When you walk into our full spectrum, infrared saunas, calming, warming wavelengths of sunlight penetrate the layers of your skin and increase your core body temperature by approximately three degrees. This increased temperature creates the ideal environment for cellular regeneration, allowing for a natural, restorative detoxification process to take place.
Put simply, just three degrees has the ability to increase the level of natural antidepressants in your brain, lower cortisol levels, and boost the endorphins that enhance your mood, relieve stress and ease physical pain. Our full spectrum saunas can be enjoyed privately or with companions, up to 3 dtXfy’ers total in certain rooms.
The more you bare, the more you benefit! So that the infrared wavelengths penetrate your skin fully, your time in the sauna should be spent wearing little to no clothing.
Sessions generally last between 30 - 40 minutes, and each of our infrared saunas are equipped with chromotherapy so you can enhance the experience with a color of your choice. Chromotherapy offers a multitude of health, mood and circulation benefits.
“Me time” doesn’t mean you have to fend for yourself. Each of our treatment spaces is equipped with an easy to access help button.
THE ACCOMMODATIONS
Each of our saunas is a private Sauna Suite, where guests can undress and prepare for their session in total relaxation. Each suite is equipped with a television, access to streaming services and bluetooth capabilities that ensure no one’s viewing choices are heard beyond their own private oasis.
Coming with friends?
Our Standard Saunas can accommodate up to 2 people comfortably.
Amplify your relaxation in our Retreat Sauna, equipped with an ergonomic lounger. The lounger can also be removed to make the larger suite ADA compliant, to enjoy more space for yoga and stretching, or simply replaced with 2 benches. Our Retreat Sauna can accommodate up to 3 people comfortably.
Our Red Light Sauna gives you the best of both worlds, combining infrared sauna with a mini red light panel. Our RL Sauna is for a solo session.

How does it work? Our state of the art light panels are made from the ideal ratio of Red Light and Near Infrared Light. By safely penetrating through the skin, muscle and connective tissue, red light therapy promotes healing and cellular regeneration, gently combating the visual effects of aging and the symptoms of acute and chronic pain, aiding in muscle recovery, healing and energy rejuvenation. Our red light therapy rooms are built for one.
During a 10-minute session, you’ll stand, nestled between two high output red light and near infrared panels. Your session in total will last about 15 minutes so that you have time to settle in.

Massage sessions range from 10 to 30 minutes, depending on the session or package purchased.
All massage sessions should be enjoyed clothed. We recommend avoiding bulky clothing for minimal friction between you and the rollers. Wear socks, but no shoes.

Each EZ Water Therapy session is 30 minutes long and uses targeted infrared light to help your body generate exclusion zone (EZ) water—a structured form of water that supports cellular repair and protein function.
The device runs exclusively on reverse osmosis water, so a Renewal Specialist will set it up for you prior to your session. To receive the benefits, you’ll breathe in the humid airstream through either a dtXfy-provided personal cannula or paper tube affixed to the end of the device. You can enjoy EZ Water Therapy as a standalone service or pair it with one of our helmets for enhanced results.

EZ Water Therapy is a solo experience and cannot be shared or used simultaneously with another guest. Your session will take place in a private room, offering a calm and quiet space to relax and recharge while your cells repair.
