The Must Know: To maintain the highest water quality for every guest, we require showering before entering the cold plunge. A pre-plunge rinse helps remove sweat, toxins released through the skin, lotions, oils, and skincare products that can affect filtration and water clarity. This allows us to keep the plunge clean, fresh, and hygienic for all clients.

Cold plunge therapy can be intentionally paired with infrared sauna based on your goals. Cold plunging before sauna activates the nervous system and sharpens awareness, while following with sauna promotes circulation, relaxation, and a deeper calming response. Sauna before cold plunge increases circulation and tissue warmth, while cold afterward helps reduce inflammation, support recovery, and reset the nervous system. Our team is happy to help guide you in choosing the sequence that feels right for you.”

Accommodations: Our cold plunge is located in a private, zen-inspired suite designed to create a calm and supportive environment. The suite is conveniently located near the showers, allowing for easy rinsing before your plunge.

Guided breathwork is available to help you prepare for and move through the cold safely and effectively. Conscious breathing plays an important role in cold exposure, helping regulate the nervous system, improve comfort, and enhance the overall benefits of the cold plunge. Our space is intentionally designed to support relaxation, focus, and a smooth transition in and out of the cold
